The Taylor County JROTC participated in the Area II Drill Meet on the 23rd of February. Through the Stormy and rainy weather that morning to the over cast that after noon did not slow the Bulldog Battalion during our Drill and dedication to earning 7 first place, 4 2nd place, 1 3rd place, and 1 4th place trophies. The JROTC Bulldog Battalion finished with 13 of 18 teams in the top four and qualified twelve teams out of eighteen teams within the top three spots to advance to the Florida state competition held in Lakeland, FL, at George Jenkins High School on March 8, 2008.
